Service Residence Policy

 

  1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment/ house and must be done in the designated areas only. Smoking in the house incurs a RM500 cleaning fee.

  2. Strictly no parties unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Lumi Hospitality enforces a NO-IN ROOM PARTY POLICY to ensure a safe and secure environment for our owners and guest.

  4. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.  Un-registered guest are not allowed to stay overnight in the property.

  5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

  6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

  7. Only use appliances for their intended uses

  8. Pets are not allowed

  9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

  10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located usually located near the lift area.

  11. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to RM500.

  12. All the above charges for the use of the facilities are for the purpose of administrative fee by the owner to undertake the needed booking via I neighbour. For payments for BBQ pit, a fee of RM50 is paid to the building management.

 

Cancellation Policy

There will be no charge if cancellation is made and notified to us at least 1 day (no later than 2pm local time) prior to the check-in date.

REFUNDABLE
Guest is entitled to a full refund if guest cancels  the booking at least 1 day (no later than 2pm local time) prior to check-in date

NON-REFUNDABLE
No refund will be given in the event of a no-show on the check-in date. No refund will be given in the event of an early departure after check-in.
